Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle with 3,000 miles from them in December 2024 - essentially like new. "What a steal!" I thought to myself. 1 week later one of the tires was flat from "wear and tear damage". Strange, we've been living and driving in the same area for years, no flats. Bad luck I supposed. Have to wait a week for the tire to come into the dealership, because no dealership carries these tires for some reason. $350 later, we're back at it. Fewer than 2 months later. Another flat. Different tire. No nail, no nothing. Just another "wear and tear" flat, unfixable. The GM says, "sorry, tires are never covered under any warranty". My point is, what kind of garbage tires do they put on these cars. Not their problem technically under the law, but common sense tells me that this is unfortunately a scam. Definitely will not be purchasing anymore cars from them (or perhaps Mazda in general).

Manchester Mazda is a great dealership. It has a family feel to it, and they treat you family as well.

Manager, Brandon refused to honor battery warranty. Purchased certified pre-owned cx-5 in 2019, needed battery replaced in 2021 and AGAIN four months prior to warranty expiration this year. Either they're ordering faulty parts, or they are not actually installing new parts but are billing customers as though they are.

Had a great experience here with my salesman Andrew. He was so knowledgeable, informative, and most of all, patient. I was facing a difficult situation in needing to replace my vehicle under a great deal of stress. Andrew was so respectful and was actually low pressure. He did not hound me with phone calls and texts which I absolutely loved and appreciated. I was planning on purchasing from this dealership because of my positive experience; the ONLY reason I didn't do so, was simply because I was looking for a specific model, trim, and color and another dealership could provide this more quickly. Even after purchasing, Andrew continued to be so nice. Highly recommend this dealership! From service perspective - nice people, no pressure to buy services, but this is second time I caught them “forgetting” to rotate tires despite service receipt stating they did. Not a life changing “oops”, but why do I need to monitor their job?

Bought a CX-50 at Manchester Mazda in July 2023. It was the most amazing car buying experience in my 30 years of buying cars. Our salesperson, Kris R, was so knowledgable, polite, respectful, no pressure, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. We have normally been ready for a wrestling match at dealers, but everything about the experience was a 10+.

Easy transaction. Brandon had answers to all of our questions, and when we needed to wait for our vehicle to come in, he kept us in the roof. Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!
